There are so many tools online to help your business succeed, unfortunately a lot of them carry hefty subscription fees after luring you in with free trials. We’ve found 5 tools that are ‘free forever’ and essential for success….

1. Tawk.to

This amazing tool allows you to run and manage a chat box on your website. It’s completely free to use and really simple to set up. You can set offline and away messages, and see your results in a well presented dashboard.

2. Manychat

Manychat is a great tool to automate your Facebook messenger and text communications, setting up funnels to chat to your customers whilst you sleep. There are Pro options, but the free account offers plenty of great features.

3. Hootsuite

Hootsuite allows you to manage and schedule posts for 3 social media accounts (more on paid options), so you can get all of your content ready to go in advance. The free account gives you up to 30 scheduled messages, making social content posting a simple monthly task.

4. Hubspot

Hubspot has so much functionality, it’s worth checking it out for yourself to see how it can help your business. It is a great help to organise your business using a free CRM, managing sales leads, contact information, communications and more in one place.

5. Canva

Canva is one of my favourite tools for creating catchy visual content for ads. The self-professed “Secret Weapon of Stunning Design” allows you to create website creatives, ads, banners and much more, with a great free option aswell as a reasonably priced Pro subscription.

Pexels offer free image and video content clips perfect for marketing. Search the stock library for what you’re looking for, and you’ll be presented with a wealth of royalty free content for you to use without it costing a penny.
